Welcome to the Orders, Shipping & Refund policy of www.charmbykaalo.com (“Site”) and the CHARM Mobile Applications (“App”).
ORDERS
Given the personalized nature of our production, you generally do not have the opportunity to benefit from your right of withdrawal, to modify or cancel your order, to return the product or to request a refund on a general basis. This is due to the immediate start of the manufacturing process occurring as soon as we receive your order as well as the manufacturing of the products to your exact specifications.
SHIPPING
Normally we ship all orders to the recipients within a few working days, depending on the items ordered so call or email us as soon as you decide to cancel the order.
We offer free delivery for longer delivery times. Paid delivery is offered for expedited & express delivery times. Customer can set a delivery date that will be fulfilled by our third-party Shipper.
REFUNDS
We may offer refunds under exceptional circumstances in the event you were dissatisfied, have not received your item or received a damaged item. Contact our customer support team provided below.
FRAUDULENT OR SUSPICIOUS REFUND/CANCELLATIONS
If we suspect a user to make a fraudulent/suspicious refund or cancellation of our service, we reserve the right to refuse such a refund request.
